Dans le cadre de la théorie instrumentale (Vygotsky) et de l’analyse de l’activité (Leontiev et Engeström), nous nous intéressons aux interactions entre l’humain et son environnement de travail lorsqu’il pratique ou intervient dans les PPSA. Ce compromis homme/outil technique s’analyse à l’aune du concept de genèse instrumentale (Rabardel, Vérillon). La méthodologie respecte une démarche technologique qui “traque les savoirs de l’agir” (Combarnous, Martinand, Bouthier)
Trois projets sont poursuivis :
-   Avec Serge Eloi, recherche sur l’efficacité des dispositifs de formation à l’observation du rugby en interrogeant la “double stimulation” d’un artefact matériel et cognitif particulièrement dans la succession de phases de “prise en main” et de “mise à sa main”.
-   Avec P. Henaff-Pineau, S. Michel et D. Charrier, recherche sur l’efficacité des fonctionnements collectifs des enseignants lorsqu’il s’agit de “faire équipe” (actuellement sur un Lycée de la Nouvelle Chance pour des élèves décrocheurs et Pôle France pour des élèves en double cursus).
- Avec J.L. Tomas, expérimentation sociale d’un dialogue sur la qualité du travail. En tenant compte de l'environnement d’un club de rugby, nous mobilisons la méthode des « autoconfrontations croisées » (Clot) afin d’instruire des confrontations dialogiques entre les entraîneurs comme autant d’occasions d’enrichir leur activité professionnelle.

Within the framework of instrumental theory (Vygotsky) and activity analysis (Leontiev and Engeström), we are interested in the interactions between humans and their work environment when they practice or intervene in the PPSA. This human/technical tool trade-off is analyzed according to the concept of instrumental genesis (Rabardel, Vérillon). The methodology respects a technological approach that "tracks down the knowledge of action" (Combarnous, Martinand, Bouthier)
Three projects are pursued:
- With Serge Eloi, research on the effectiveness of training devices for observing rugby by questioning the "double stimulation" of a material and cognitive artifact, particularly in the succession of phases of "taking charge" and "putting it in one's hands".
- With P. Henaff-Pineau, S. Michel and D. Charrier, research on the effectiveness of the collective functioning of teachers when it comes to "teamwork" (currently on a Lycée de la Nouvelle Chance for students who have dropped out of school and Pôle France for students in a double curriculum).
- With J.L. Tomas, social experimentation of a dialogue on the quality of work. Taking into account the environment of a rugby club, we mobilize the method of "crossed self-confrontations" (Clot) in order to instruct dialogical confrontations between the coaches as many opportunities to enrich their professional activity.
